Better Coffee

Freshly Roasted

Freshly roasted coffee benefits from a short resting period to unlock its full flavour. Check out the roast date on your packaging and allow it to rest from 5 to 10 days depending on your brew method.

Small batch roasting isn’t just a method — it’s our craft. By roasting in carefully controlled, limited quantities, we ensure every bean reaches its full potential in flavour and aroma. This hands-on approach allows us to fine-tune roast profiles, highlight unique origin characteristics, and maintain consistent quality in every bag. Small batch roasting means your coffee is always freshly roasted, never sitting in storage for months — delivering a richer, more vibrant cup every time.

Great coffee begins at the source. That’s why we work with trusted suppliers who share our commitment to fair practices and responsible cultivation. By prioritising ethical sourcing, we support farming communities, promote fair compensation, and encourage sustainable growing methods. Our relationships are built on transparency and respect, ensuring that every purchase of Roar Gill coffee contributes to a more equitable and sustainable coffee industry.

We believe coffee should be bold, expressive, and unforgettable. Our carefully selected beans and precision roasting techniques unlock deep flavor profiles — from smooth chocolate and caramel undertones to bright fruit notes. Whether you prefer a balanced morning brew or a strong, full-bodied cup to fuel your day, we deliver complexity, depth, and a satisfying finish that lingers long after the last sip.

Sustainability is at the heart of how we operate. From responsibly sourced beans to mindful packaging choices, we continuously look for ways to reduce our environmental footprint.

A key part of this commitment is our carbon neutral roasting program. We measure and offset the emissions produced during our roasting process, investing in verified environmental initiatives that reduce or remove carbon from the atmosphere. By balancing the footprint of every roast, we ensure that enjoying our coffee doesn’t come at the planet’s expense. For us, sustainability isn’t a trend — it’s a responsibility, and one we proudly uphold with every batch we roast.

Best Coffee ever!

We have been buying this Coffee from Roar Gill for ages. The quality has always been of the highest standard.
It is smooth and deep, with a full flavour.
We ran out, just before Christmas, too late to order before the holiday - it almost ruined the festivities! Couldn't wait to get our next batch and we have now increased the quantity each month - don't want to risk running out again!
