Our Coffee Club gives you rewards from the get-go!

Sign-Up for an Account and you will automatically receive 25 points just for joining. Easy.

You'll then be able to manage your rewards from your customer account dashboard.

For every £1 you spend with us, you then get 1, 2 or 3 Points added to your account depending which tier you are on.

You’ll get additional 200 points on your 8th
purchase

You can redeem points using unique codes at every 100 points earned. So for example:

- At 200 points you can redeem £5 off your next order

- At 400 points you can redeem £10 off your next order.

- At 600 points you can redeem £15 off your next order

Though please note: if you haven't redeemed at all previously, then you can redeem the full value of points off your next order e.g. £10 off at 400 points. However, if you already redeemed £5 at the 200 point mark, then only 200 points [£5] would be available to redeem.

On top of the general rewards programme, where you can earn points on purchases and other activities, the V.I.P tiers supercharge your account!

Espresso Tier - Spend over £100 within a 12 month period and get to our Espresso Tier. This gives 2 points per pound spent.

Cortado Tier - Spend over £250 within a 12 month period and get to Our Top Cortado Tier. This gives you 3 points per pound spent.

This means you will be able to redeem your rewards even quicker, plus you'll have access to exclusive free gifts in our top Cortado tier.

Head across to your subscription portal within your portal account.
You can find information on your next scheduled order within the “view your next order” tab.

The “add discount” button can be found just above the shipping information for your next scheduled order.

Copy and paste your discount here and your savings will automatically be applied to
your next order!

If you’re simply re-ordering without an active subscription or have a gift card to redeem, your discount code can be applied as you run through the checkout,
simply copy and paste the code into the discount code box and hit apply! The discount code can be generated in your customer account dashboard, you can also hit the 'Apply' button next to your voucher code to automatically apply it to your cart.

Points are automatically added for purchases or bonus
activities such as referring a friend successfully.

If you have an order which has been refunded by our customer
service team, then points will not be allocated for that order.

Simply add your friend's email address [as well as your own
if you aren't logged in] and leave us to drop your friend a quick message.

If your friend clicks on the unique link we sent, and then
spends over £20, they will automatically get £10 off their order, and you will
automatically be credited with £10 worth of points.

Just make sure they aren't an existing customer already,
otherwise they won't be able to redeem unfortunately!
