Use the “manage subscriptions” tab in your portal to view your current active subscriptions.

Your next scheduled order is displayed at the top of the page when you log into your account portal. Use the three buttons displayed beneath the date of your next order to either send now, reschedule or skip your upcoming order. You can also use the “view upcoming orders” tab to make these changes.

This can be done via the manage subscriptions tab within your portal account. Use the “manage subscription” button next to the active subscription you wish to adjust the frequency of, and hit the save button when you’re finished making your changes. Please note, any changes you make here will affect every order, not just this one.

Here you can adjust the quantity of the subscription item you received (remember to hit save before exiting!), beneath this section you can click the “swap this for a different product” and select the item(s) you with to receive.

These changes can be made via the address & payment details section of your customer portal. Use the “manage addresses” section to change your shipping address details. You can only change your billing address via the “manage payment methods section”, and hitting the edit button on the current payment method you are using. This section can also be used update your payment details.

Your subscription service can be cancelled anytime within the manage subscription section of your customer portal. Just click into your active subscription & the cancellation button can be found at the bottom of the page.
