UK Shipping

*– Standard 3-5 Day delivery via Hermes at £3.50 on all espresso pod orders.

48hr shipping via Royal Mail 48 Tracked at £4.50 also available on espresso pods.

- This applies to orders from UK Mainland before 2pm. Orders after 2pm will be packed
and sent the following working day. Excluding weekends.

– Letterbox friendly up to 80 capsules/8 boxes.

- Subscribe & Save Products will be automatically shipped every 2, 4 or 6 weeks depending on your selection.

- 3 month Pre-Pay subscriptions will be sent automatically every month until all three shipments have been delivered.

- Seller notes available at check-out for special delivery instructions.

- Please note: the non-coffee products advertised [such as reusable steel capsules] are fulfilled from a warehouse
outside the UK and can take up to 30 days to deliver. If you order both roar gill coffee pods and accessories
in a single order, your roar gill coffee pods will still arrive within standard UK delivery times above.
Accessories will be sent separately within the same shipping price paid.

- US delivery available for £20 with free delivery on orders over £150.

Returns

 

We pride ourselves on customer service, but occasionally we get things wrong.

We want our customers to have a great experience. However, if there is any kind of problem,
please let us know, and we will resolve it. It’s really important to us…

In fact, we are so proud of our coffee and story, we offer a guaranteed refund if you are unhappy
with your coffee and contact us with your issue within 7 working days of ordering.
Or, alternatively, if for whatever reason you no longer want your coffee and the entire order remains boxed,
then we will refund you in full up to 14 days after your purchase.
Simply get in touch, give us your feedback, and we will refund your purchase on a per box basis.
