If your coffee arrives damaged, incorrect, or there's any issue with your order, please get in touch as soon as possible. We'll work quickly to put things right – whether that's a replacement, refund or another suitable solution.

We're incredibly proud of our coffee and want you to buy with confidence. You're welcome to return unopened products within 30 days of purchase for a refund.
Return postage for change-of-mind returns is the responsibility of the customer.
