If there's a problem with your order

If your coffee arrives damaged, incorrect, or there's any issue with your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. We'll work quickly to put things right, whether that's a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution.

Your satisfaction is important to us, and we'll always do our best to resolve issues promptly. 

If you've changed your mind

We're incredibly proud of our coffee and want you to buy with confidence. If you've changed your mind, you're welcome to return unopened products within 30 days of purchase for a refund.

Please note that return postage costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
