- Orders placed after cut-off times on a Friday will be shipped the following Monday [excluding bank holidays].

- Packing often takes places at weekends, so you may receive a shipping notification for orders
that have been packed, but will be picked up on the Monday.

with your coffee and contact us with your issue within 7 working days of ordering.

Or, alternatively, if for whatever reason you no longer want your coffee and the entire order remains boxed,
then we will refund you in full up to 14 days after your purchase.
